Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for any infrastructure we configure or manage on a client's behalf.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to any server, environment, or infrastructure that Autoscale Global configures or manages on a client's behalf. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By engaging our services, you agree that infrastructure we deliver or operate for you will not be used for any prohibited purpose below.
2. Prohibited uses
The following are expressly prohibited:
- Unauthorized access to, or scanning of, third-party systems
- Operating open proxies, anonymization relays, or IP-rotation services for third parties
- Sending spam or operating mailing infrastructure in violation of anti-spam law
- Hosting malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent content
- CSAM and any illegal content — zero tolerance, immediate termination and reporting
- DDoS, network abuse, or activity that degrades shared infrastructure
3. Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any infrastructure we manage where AUP violations are found. Where the law requires it, violations may be reported to the relevant authorities. Termination for an AUP breach is governed by our Terms of Service.
4. Reporting abuse
We publish and monitor an abuse contact. If you believe infrastructure we manage is being used in breach of this policy, report it to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge abuse reports within 24 hours.
